I ordered the prime rib for pick up. It was tender n tasty! I ordered medium and thats exactly what I got. I bit pricey at 26$ but was worth it for a good piece of beef. Will order there again

I ordered 20 chicken wing and a cheese quesadilla from this restaurant. I received a cold soggy order of wings and a cold CHICKEN quesadilla. I waited in restaurant for 15, 10 of which I was completely ignored. After the bartender took my name she then went to make drinks for people who came in after me. when they told her she can take care of the people who are waiting she lied and said our foods not ready. less than 5 minutes later she walks out with 6 bags because food has obviously been ready and sitting and waiting hence the cold soggy food. she walks through the bar area smacking the bags and boxes off of every wall imaginable and then hands me the wrong order before filing through trying to find the correct one. it took over an hour to get 20 soggy cold wings and the food made incorrectly, which they stated would only take 40 min. When I proceeded to call the manager got over whelmed with the amount of issues I have stated and proceeded to yell and talk over me because he didn't wanna hear anymore. He then proceeded to tell me if I don't like it to come make the food myself. he continued to yell at me before hanging up on me and telling me to deal with it. I will continue to escalate this situation and let people hear about this poor service. do not order from here. Will not let me post pictures as proof. Check them out on their Facebook to see the poor quality.

Ordered two fish fries tonite for take out. Best fish fries we have had in along time. Enjoyed it thoughtly. I highly recommend Wagner’s.

Chicken wings and crab cakes were very good side salad left a lot to be desired just lettuce and a piece of cucumber and tomato and a carrot but would go back for chicken wings for sure and crab cake

I ordered the chicken wings, they were delicious and just like I ordered them. The shrimp scampi was excellent. I also ordered the French onion soup. Everything was perfect and big size portions. Food was ready in a reasonable amount of time and the wait staff were super friendly.

We stopped in Lockport before heading to Niagara Falls and are so glad we came here for lunch! The roast beef on weck and wings were on point and my husband’s haddock was HUGE, crispy, and delicious. Prices were reasonable and our server was super friendly. Would definitely come back!
